Our key session, The Manufacturing Process is designed to provide a comprehensive knowledge of each unit operation in the manufacturing process. It explains the basics and defines how products are manufactured in a clear, concise manner. This program can easily be adjusted for the level of the audience being presented. It provides the knowledge needed to understand manufacturing practices, common equipment, and what it takes to make a quality product. The topics covered will be Unit Operations, Formulation, Blending, Milling, Granulation & Drying, Final Blending, Tablet Compression, Film Coating, Encapsulation and Tablet Printing. We also offer half-day, full day and multi day programs for each topic.

“The Manufacturing Process” is ideal for new & seasoned employees, newly transferred employees, and recent college graduates. It is also designed for Quality Assurance, Technical Services, Research & Development and all manufacturing professionals.

In addition to “The Manufacturing Process”, we also offer the additional courses to the right in ½ day, full day, and multi-day formats.
