Course Description:

This Training Course is designed to provide a basic knowledge of a pharmaceutical coating operation, equipment type & function, and advanced application training with hands on experience for each participant.

This one or two day in house program will provide the participant with the basic knowledge needed to understand the fundamentals of film coating, equipment, application and trouble shooting. We will detail step by step machine inspection, loading, preheating the product bed, initial spray rates, process parameters and trouble shooting techniques.

Who Should Attend:

For the new employee the course provides machine identification, nomenclature and general operational parameters. For the experienced employee the course reassures them of proper procedure, machine operation and dispels many myths. This course is ideal for Managers, Quality Teams, R&D, Technical Services, Supervisors, Leads and Operators.

Certificates:

Each participant will receive a "Certificate of Completion". Customer to provide a complete list of names of participants.
